Film information

Chuck Lee played by David Yip is the final ally of A View To A Kill. While in San Francisco Bond orders some soft shell crabs from a stall in Fisherman’s Wharf.

Served by Lee, he invites Bond to go round the back where they discuss Max Zorin, and the photographs Bond took with the Ring Camera. He also advises Bond about the mysterious activities taking place on and around one of Zorin’s oil pumping stations.

Later in the film Chuck Lee visits Stacey Sutton's house where after a discussion with Bond, Lee decides to return to the CIA to inform them of Zorin's intentions. However as he leaves the house and drives away, a very loud stereo masks the sound of him being strangled by May Day.

Character information

Chuck Lee provides Bonds link to the CIA, supplying him with useful information regarding the main players on Zorin’s payroll. Seemingly helpful, little is learnt about the character due to his very limited screen time. §
